imo. Should have never tweeted a response. Should have stood on it. Could have saved his "explanation" for the show. Instead of having to apologize 3 times.
If anything. He could have replied to Beadle with "I stand by my comments. If you would like to discuss further meaning, surely, you can call me?
And left it at that. The trying to clean it up only made it appear worse than what it really was.

Pretty much. I would of told her to either call me privately or come on the show Monday and I'll explain exactly what I mean. They got him running around like a chicken with his head cut off.imo.
