Man, i tried to have this convo with my sister and she pretty much spouted off exactly what i was about tell her. She knows she cant put her hands on a man or spit on him without there being a good chance of retaliation. Thats just common sense.

Regarding Ray Rice: I said it before in another thread, but this appears to be two drunk people who had an altercation.

Definitely don't condone his actions, and he deserves his suspension, but people are acting like he went on a Roy Jones Jr flurry on her. It wouldn't take much for a hit for a guy of his size to knock out a drunk chick of his size. Granted I don't know exactly what happened, but my money is on him doing something close to the Texas Tech player: a single poor decision in a split second.

I don't want you to cut your locks. SAS says you should because those locks are a hand graved invitation for cism YOU would somehow be responsible for. Basically saying "We should live with that " on national tv rather than confronting it

this whole thing is probably scripted by ESPN so they can try and get ratings next week. ESPN personalities in general are very sanitized on twitter and tend to stay within their company's line. maybe i watch too much pro graps, but this whole thing screams WORK to me brehs.


if it isn't then Beadle will get suspended from twitter. they did that shyt to Simmons who i'm guessing has way more pull than Beadle and his comments weren't even that aggressive or critical.

ESPN won't do shyt to Beadle. They don't want those problems from feminists.

I follow a lot of national & local sports media & bloggers on Twitter. It pretty obvious everybody is siding with Beadle because it's The Angry Black Man vs. an abused white woman AND it doesn't help that folks don't like Stephen A. Smith to begin with.
