-he should have made it more clear that he meant if the woman strikes first
-he should never have apologized.
once you start apologizing for shyt you felt you were right on, the enemy senses weakness and prey on you even more. if he would have stood his ground, more people would have rallied for him and eventually when all these stupid PC groups feel they might take a L from the public on this issue, they'd rather back off and act as if it never happened (cause taking a L would make them lose some clout)
