Exactly. Honestly don't even see how this can be argued.

I mean I generally agree with women shouldn't be aggressively attacking men in any form. But c'mon man look at the video....

That's not jarring to yall? To see a female's limp body being drug out of an elevator, and laid there motionless? And the first thing you want to talk about is what SHE MIGHT have done to provoke his actions rather than Ray Rice's actions in itself? That's where Stephen A. is getting himself in trouble rather than the merits of his argument.
Weren't they both drunk? Have you ever tried carrying a passed out homeboy when you were drunk? shyt dead weight is heavier than a motherfukka

:comeon: yeah I'm lying....

YES!! He is responding to a small amount of critics. You see salon.com writing articles about that? Deadspin? Women's groups?

Dude is responding to what collective? His peers said what about that?

And pretending like you know everything about victimizing is being a jack-ass.
What does this even mean? :mindblown:

Yes, plight. Is that too fancy of a word for you? Is that one of them "college edumacated" words to you?

:snoop:

I'm not saying that
Yes...you are.
...I'm calling you out because you want a middle-aged white women to express outrage and understand the core of this issue that many blacks deal with when she may not be able to reflect on the issue the same way most blacks do.

Yes....I want her to express outrage over victim blaming. I don't have to be a woman to be disgusted by this clown victim bling women. But you'd outlaw that as something I can't bear because "I don't know the plight of women!! :ohlawd: "

You don't need to be black to feel that way...but

This morning on First Take they was talking about the Ray Rice shyt and SAS said that women have to do their part to make sure they don't provoke a man into assaulting them.
Maybe not the best thing to say in his profession. But he spoke the truth & nowadays most people rather hear lies than the truth :sas2:. I'm sick of this these hoes can't do anything wrong spirit here in America.

Uhhhh breh actually the first thing I do wanna talk about is what could she have done to make him react that way, It doesn't make his actions appropriate but it would damn sure explain a lot :wtf:

There's plenty to say about this incident, and so many aspects of it to touch on, but I really want to draw your attention to the :16 second mark of this video:

Steppin A Fetch hits a mid-sentence Hollywood Shuffle Shoulder Shimmy. I mean, good lord this dude is so purely jive.

Hollywood Shuffle was remarkably in step with and ahead of its time:

:russ::russ::russ: I am fukken dead @Walt , my ghost is typing this shyt right now.

Mannn fukk Stephen A, I personally think he is a dummy, and I don't respect his opinion on anything.:manny:

I don't believe its right for a man to touch a woman. I understand how Beadle could take what Stephen A. Smith was saying as him acting like women who are abused often do something to provoke their men into hitting them. However, I think the question people have to ask themselves, is a man who has never hit a woman but had one occassion where he might have struck a woman out of a reflex reaction the equivalent of a serial batterer and abuser. I think in either situation the man is wrong (unless the girl got a weapon) their is a difference between a guy who consciously and repeatedly beats on women and a guy who makes a mistake due to provocation of a woman beating on him. Their is a reason why men shouldn't hit women. We generally have bigger stronger bodies and I think all stephen a. smith was saying was that why put yourself in a position where you might provoke a man into striking you. Again a man shouldn't hit a woman under these circumstances but whats controversial about telling woman its probably better to not beat up a guy just cuz he pissed you off. If a man is expected to have the will power to refrain from striking a woman from being attacked why can't expectations be met for women to lay off hitting a man in the same manner. I think thats all Stephen A. was trying to say

I mean that's cool and all but she walked into the elevator under her own power. An incident took place in the elevator. Her limp body was carried out of the elevator. I don't think she was passed out from being drunk, but hey that's me.
