Explain to me whats wrong with saying black people?

I use all of those adjectives except african american because whites can use that as well..

And as far as politicians, they're stuck on POC and black and brown.

I'm thinking he meant "black people" vs "the blacks"

Black people is better than “blacks”.......but for a black man to say “i always help out blacks” says to me it’s kosher for him to use the most simple dehumanizing language addressing his people ......if you want to address something as “a black” it should be a black and mild....not one black MAN/WOMAN addressing another black MAN/WOMAN.....I can just picture some sheriff talking about a neighborhood and referring to us as those blacks or them blacks.....we should never sound like them when referring to us

SAS interact with a lot of people, mainly whites..

I see him as a guy that moves cautiously around them, which is cool, because most of us do..

I've never had a conversation with him personally, so i can't make an accurate assessment of him, off of what i see on TV..

Right I don’t know that man.....but because I know he deals with so many whites that’s whats concerning to me......because those that deal with them and act like they do it on our behalf need to represent to the fullest imo....and his verbiage misses the mark for me. Sound like a sucka, js.

All the talking about black issues to CACs on TV is old and getting tiring..

Especially brothers who making all this money..

Get your money and help build up your community by supporting black business..

No way should the shorties in any major city, beg for money for uniforms and equipment, for their sports programs..

So thats why i mentioned above, i dont know what this guy does off screen, because thats what really counts to me..

He can c00n it up on screen, but if he gets down with his people in his hometown, i can live with that..

Only a dumbass would, seeing as emancipation was in 1863/1865 and we purchased the islands from the Danish in 1917.
