Get you a bulky pokemon that uses trick room so the slowest 'mons move first, use a move to boost special attack, use sunny day baton pass to a venusaur with chlorophyll, use solar beam, and 'zard is toasted
Or you could use a different strategy. Overall, venusaur is a better pokemon in the meta than charizard anyway, so it wouldn't be much of a hassle no matter how you do it

There are much better water types then Blastoise, who's slow and low attack stats.
Grass/Poison is not very useful offensively or defensively.
Fire/Flying gives you 4x Rock; 2x Water; 2x Electric; and immunity to Ground.
Charmander --> Charizard is the clear winner here.
