The problem with Kobe argument is the Miami heat protest was nearly a month and a half after what happened to trayvon. Enough of the "facts " were out there. Wasn't like it was 2 days later or some shyt.
By time the heat protested the bs about trayvon attacking Zimmerman had been refuted, the fact Zimmerman was told to stop pursuing him was out there , the fact Zimmerman was a grown ass man and trayvon was a skinny kid was out there, and the fact trayvon had no weapons was out there.
So what the hell do you conclude as facts before you can protest or say something? What they supposed to wait until the court rules on something? shyt waiting on the court you'll never get the facts or in this case without the protest it wouldn't have gotten to court. So maybe Kobe right but it does not apply here. And it's fukked up that both him and Stephen a don't recognize how quickly these cases would get swept under a rug. Sometimes quick responses are necessary.
