The great weather excuse is laughable. If anything great weather makes it easier to get to a game than driving through a snowstorm. Cali got better weather than FL anyways.

I'm in Houston. The Rockets games are around 25% black in terms of fans there. I go to a game every few weeks. My schedule at work makes it harder to make it there on time for games. For Miami, it may be the lack of a white American population in S. Florida that is hurting them and the ones that are there are probably from other cities. The baseball one is what I don't get though.

you would agree with what? here are the Facts: Smith was talking about fans showing up late to games. The Heat are #3 in the league in home attendance. math isn't opinion. You can take a picture at the beginning of a game vs the Cavs and see empty seats, because yes we do show up late. I say we because I've been guilty of this myself 2 out of the last 3 games I went to. showing up late and not showing up at all are 2 different things.

Stephen A saying they're bad fans because they show up late - I agree with that. OP didn't post the video or article. I/we didn't have the luxury to see what OP was discussing.

OP posted a bunch of empty stadium images leading many, myself included to think, Stephen A was talking about poor attendance in South Florida.
