If I had a career in the media, of course I'd be Ozempic'd up. The industry is vain AF, so if there is a cheat code, you use it. I'm more likely to look down on SAS for constantly dying his hair and that hairline that's closer to his neck than face, over faulting him for using a weight loss drug.

Not really. He said he was about 215 after having covid really bad, so he was probably around 225 at his unhealthiest. Down to around 170.
Never full fat. Skinny fat or a little chubby belly boy but not full fatass though never.
Weight loss drugs along with getting in the gym it seems. At least he doesn’t have the bobble head and it’s clear he didn’t rely 1000% on the drug.
