Steph should have won it in 2015. I would have gave it to LeBron before I gave it to Iggy. I still don’t know how he won that Finals MVP.

Yeah, he defended LeBron well. LeBron still averaged 36/13/9. His efficiency wasn’t great at 40/31/68 splits but the man managed to win two games without Kyrie and Love. Iggy’s individual defense and his quick hands were great but the series was a complete mismatch and LeBron was playing 1 on 5 at times.

Offensively they had Timofey Mozgov on Iguodala and were literally leaving him open at times. The Cavs loaded up on the Splash Bros. that series they was content with Barnes and Iggy shooting.

Delly played good defense on Steph for a couple games. At the end of the day Steph’s gravity and shooting made him the most valuable player on the floor and he averaged 26/5/6 for the series.

We were talking about media and fan scrutiny. Kobe, Jordan, Bron, KD, Westbrook all have had their personalities and mental states dissected and analyzed based on their actions on the court and off of it. But we see the most important player on the greatest team of all time literally getting mental therapy from his coach in the middle of the game on more than one occasion and its not really a story.

Meanwhile we see instagram posts that mean nothing get turned into national storylines on a regular basis...
