To play devil's advocate, though, atheists constantly cite the state of the world as justification as to why God does not exist. But honestly... that can be mostly attributed to human and a certain people systematically oppressing another out of greed.

Diseases/parasites/bacteria can't be attributed to human greed (unless you're talking about conspiracy theories & I'm not tryna get into that). Bone cancer in children has nothing to do with systematic oppression. & even if you make the greed argument, God is still at fault for making humans inherently greedy.
