There's more liberals in the country than conservatives and independents generally lean more blue than red so the reason why anyone would say "don't vote" is because a high turnout anywhere favors Democrats.

What did the GOP do? Put out a bill stating that any state passing reparations won't get federal funding.


You really want the GOP to win? When they've told you explicitly they'll block any tangibles for Aframs.

You really want the Dems to lose? When they've actually passed reparations as a bill and payment.
