It won't happen; this is just more fantasy talk to rile up his base and scare a certain segment of people who have this doomsday fetish revolving around Trump. The truth is that Trump will be gone from the White House in 2028, in terms of serving as president. This will actually be good for Democrats once he's gone in terms of campaigning and putting forth an actual agenda.

I've said it before, but the Republican Party will be in a frenzy, you're gonna have new school Republicans (MAGA/Far-Right extremist types) and the old guard GOP (pre-Trump/traditional era of conservatives) fighting for the #1 spot to regain or maintain control of the Party.

The only thing Trump will be good for in 2028 is an endorsement for whoever gets into the primary, and the party, voters rather, will likely back that candidate. MAGA will still exist, but without Trump at the throne, they'll be a bit weaker because whoever the new option is, they won't be able to replicate Trump's aura.

Y'all gotta stop thinking this man is eternal, there's a reason why he's getting all of his goals and whatnot accomplished now because THIS IS IT because for one the Republicans will never have all 3 branches of the government, all at the same time, ever again, it's a rarity that it even happened this time. Two, and this goes back to my first point, it's now or never for him to push and execute his agendas for them to have a lasting effect on society, at least within the next decade.

he packed the courts, scotus, the cabinet, the armed forces, ICE and is working on academia, sports, media and redistricting.

maybe he doesn't have to be "eternal" to change the country.

he has ALREADY changed much of the country for at least a generation

so maybe a bit more than "he will die eventually" is called for here.
