His rebound #s are inflated by the fact he regularly jacks boards from Marvin and Jefferson. I'm not saying it's bad thing, it just isn't reflective of his impact. He leads the team in assists, because the other ball-handler would rather jack up inefficient shots, rather than actually pass the ball. Plus they'd have a better offense if Lance actually cut down his passing and looked to score more.
At this point, it's the only thing they can do, still it isn't a recipe for success. Nobody on that starting lineup can shoot efficiently from the perimeter, which is their biggest problem. Jefferson is dealing with more defensive attention, because teams aren't respecting Charlotte's shooting.
