He didn’t adjust any coverages in the 4th when the Lakers were hunting Steph with Lebron. He drew up that stupid play with Draymond handling the ball looking for Klay instead of just putting the ball in Steph’s hands.

Players make mistakes but Kerr put them in positions to do so
