Take a team with very limited talent and a great coach and they flourish a la Chicago Bulls.

Take a team with both and you have a contender every year a la SA Spurs.

uh i think you're overrating the pacers talent. pg is a all star not superstar. stephenson has improved but has more to work on. who else is there??
