Ollie should stay at UCONN, although he has a lot of NBA experience and could turn out to be a damn good NBA coach.

Hoiberg should most def stay at Iowa State. He's from there and has a great thing going for him. Why leave and deal with NBA players and the NY media?

And who exactly is Steve Kerr? Dude threw his own name into the race, Phil wasn't probably even thinking about dude. How many times have people said over the years that Kerr would make a good head coach? Very little to none.

Knicks need a coach with experience who can handle the different personalities in that locker room. This specific job isn't for someone who is trying to get into coaching. Let him go to Utah or some other small market team so he can experiment.

Until Phil can prove the Knicks organization isnt nuclear, it's going to be tough sledding. This organization needs an extermination and it could take longer than a few months of Phil being around.

Exactly- The role is going to require someone who can handle the personalities and NY media. Its also going to require a very strong leader. Not necessarily a tactician, but a leader of men

Kerr- while he sounds like a nice guy, and he may know the x's and o's, does not appear to be THAT dude:yeshrug:
