That's your framing and goal post moving and it doesn't work that way. There may not be one, and that doesn't mean you have to take a bad deal just for the sake of it. If you weren't getting your Nap on maybe you could get that through you skull. You're only interested in caving to Republican demands that's why you can't see the big picture. A bad deal is worse than no deal because it can be used to hold us hostage going forwards.

It's not enough money for states, schools/testing need more funding, the PPP is a sham, conglomerates and corporate America do not need more aid.
