im all for raising taxes when the dems get back in power :yeshrug:

then what's the problem?

if you don't strengthen our economic centers things will never get back to normal, the longer the wait the longer the pain, states need money and we should be doing infrastructure work right now

the problem is that we should save something in the tank for all the spending the dems want to pile on next year as well

never mind the optics that an 80 year old whos worth 200 million dollars is piling on money left and right to a national debt which, by definition, is supposed to be paid back by future generations. its sick and disgusting

do you want to leave your grandkids something more valuable than meaningless paper :heh:

1st Round Playoff Exits
This bytch is 80 yrars old with more money than shed be able to spend while shes still alive. At what point does she turn the partisan bullshyt off?
Please stop, young people who will have to "live" with this debt collectively much longer, want the government to spend more. Literally as much as the government needs to right now, in an unprecedented time of crisis so that they don't drain from being unable to afford the necessities in a limited economy. Young people also want other perks like student loan relief.

Fukk worrying about the debt. People need relief.
weve already said "fukk worrying about the debt" the whole year, and we're about to do it again this year, and then presumably do it again for biden's entire term. im sorry for being wary of that :yeshrug:

you probably should be too if you want to retire at 35 :skip:

anyway i just said that i want pelosi to sign the relief bill, and later for the rest of her bullshyt. she has a fine deal on the table, just fukkin sign it

Think it’s also about getting benefits extended. Most people’s benefits will be expired soon, mines ended as did most people who got on in March but think they did a brief extension not sure how long. Benefits needs to be extended until next summer.

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
Whatever bill they pass, it don’t really matter.

the damage has already been done. A lot of people have lost their jobs for good. Many people are going to get evicted. It would take at least 8 or 9 trillion to undo the damage congress caused. They are basically debating crumbs at this point. Arguing about which fire department to call to put out the burning house when the house is already beyond saving.
