If we don't get a deal before the election a large portion of the blame has to go to Pelosi, Schumer and to a slightly lesser extent every person who caucuses with Democrats tbh. Everyone from Andrew Cuomo to Matt Stoller knew after the CARES Act passed and Republican donors got all the shyt they wanted, Republicans in Congress had no incentive to pass anything else.
