Pelosi has told the white house they have 48 hours to reach a deal with their current negotiations if they want a vote prior to election day.

That means once they reach a deal she will take it up for a vote and then the ball once again is in McConnell's court.

i think mnuchin stays under 2, but she should just say yes to whatever he offers its clearly the only option at this point

mitch either passes it, or the american people go into the election disgusted that the republican controlled senate spent october ramming a judge through instead of bailing out the country

The thing is Trump doesn't have any leverage besides his crazy base, he''s still about to get voted out of office. Mitch is trying to preserve whatever senate seats he can and by passing funding after they've spent months downplaying the necessity and trashing the bills they can't vote for it now.
