For all those who thought my response was too harsh, willfully ignorant thinking like that is what got America in the place we are in.that information has been available and presented for decades. I know some people who would say my response wasn't harsh enough:manny:

Right now the $600 checks cost $167 billion (out of the $900 billion total). Increasing the checks to $2,000 would increase the cost to $370 billion (which would increase the total to around $1.103 trillion). Keep in mind the original agreement that Republicans and Democrats had in place was between $1.8 trillion and $1.9 trillion so it’s still much cheaper. So......what’s the problem :mjpls: They just want to keep it below $1 trillion just because :mjpls: How you cool with $1.9T but now $1.1T is too much? That’s them saying fukk y’all.

My bad, I should've been more specific. My sister is on PUA and she said it shows she still has $1600 left in available credits. She gets a measly $150 a week after taxes.

Will they cut if off completely come Saturday or pay her the rest in a lump sum before they shut PUA down?

If the bill doesn’t pass PUA will end and she will not get paid the rest of it. If it does then she is good.
