LOL I didn't even know Sting had a succesful solo career, I thought he became irrelevant after he left that group, turns out he was actually more succesful after he became a solo singer.

Dogg, not only that, his first couple solo albums and tours featured notable and all black jazz musicians. Dude caught a lot of flak for it but the whole thing ended up being this sort of jazz fusion, pop, new wave sound wrapped in an adult contemporary package that was pretty fukking unique.

Dude legit had some of the coolest fukking musicians on the planet (Kenny Kirkland, Bradford Marsalis, Manu Katche, etc.) backing him.

Depends on who does the opening intros for the all star game as thats always more interesting. We ate good last few years with Nas, Kendrick, Nicki, Pharell, Diddy, Busta, Snoop etc

no multi billion dollar cooperation target audience is Black people. They may pander a bit to get Black viewership and just enough "street cred" but trust breh, they WANT young and middle aged white folks watching.
