One of the reasons why I always put stuff on my Amex. If I don’t get my shyt and the merchant is playing games I just ask Amex to charge that shyt back.

When I see DHL associated with a package, I resign from it, it either arrives or it doesn't. It's actually insane how many issues I have encountered with DHL and Fedex, and I try to avoid people that ship with DHL. The only thing DHL handles well, and ironically Fedex as well, is international shipping.
