@Kill Dat Noize was spot on when he said that it should've been Roman as the champion for the authority. Plays very well into the real life perception of Roman, being the golden boy for Vince and co.

Austin's right. It's easier to be the heel at first and if they become a good enough heel, it always makes it easier to get over as a babyface... He's ding fine as a face right now though, it's not like earlier in the year when fans booed him out of the building. He usually get's a big pop.
What Austin is saying..he's getting cheered but its not like Ziggler or Ambrose where they want to choose Roman in direct confrontations with them. Right now...Ambrose gets cheered over Roman every single time. That could change if Roman had a heel run and got legitimately over without it revolving around his looks and couple of spots.
Now when Roman got booed hard..the commentators brought it up how the fans see him as company favored..once that is talked about like that..IN THE OPEN? It ain't ever going away from male fans. They'll never let it go...not until it's addressed in proper fashion. I mean..he never loses..they keep Cena away from with his burial and using cancer children as a shield bullshyt...they didnt have Rusev beat him..so he's been on easy Street for nearly 3 years. Fans can see that...

All this planning and proposing of Roman's direction is toxic to his growth. Everybody from mama's neckbeards to Stone Cold himself are trying to armchair book him but the fact is a star is made organically, and people are overthinking it with him. A lot of booking wrestlers imo has to do with timing and the timing just wasn't right for Reigns.

Somebody need to tell that dude to pick a side. He flips between arrogant to mega ass kicker to part time comedian to chummin it up with bros type personas. Stick to one and master that shyt. We (the audience) don't know who this dude is tryin to be. What motivates him. What his end goal will be. He just follows orders and doesn't add any flavor to it. Like grilling a steak and not seasoning that shyt up. And they got the nerve to call Orton, Blandy......
They want to know that Reigns isn't under Ambrose..he usually gets the big save spots
Easy fix:
- Roman wins MITB.
- Cashes in on Seth while Dean is getting a shot.
- Looks like Dean is going to get the W.
- Authority gets involved to screw Dean. Roman destroys Dean and Seth with the help of The Authority.
- Turns out that they were tired of Seth's shyt and Roman's the new hand-picked champ. Double-turn.
- Seth is now leaning toward face and has to team up with Dean on occasion b/c The Authority is fukking them over.
- Roman's the big bad guy.
- Dean puts hands on Roman and The Authority with Seth's help every now & then.
- Seth even puts his body on the line to get revenge and show he's a good dude now. Super over as a baby-face.
- After they celebrate, Dean goes upside Seth's b/c they still have beef and he's crazy like that (Austin-style)
