Nah. My belief in the simulation theory is based on science and personal experience. Science in the form of quantum mechanics proving that our reality works like a video game. Particles only come into existence when a conscious observer looks at it. This is called the measurement problem. Go and look it up. I also have personal experience with the code of our reality changing. Some people refer to this as the Mandela Effect. I remember a world when Australia was not less than 100 miles from Papau New Guinea. This change in our reality is what convinced me 100% that we live in a simulation. we havnet even discovered majority of the ocean so how would we even know about outer space

compared to the rest of the universe the human species has had such a short amount of time on earth.

compared to creatures who been evolving for millions of years. they know about shyt that we couldnt even imagine

Faulty logic. If a alien race managed to master traversing the stars, it would make more sense to do it for discovery and knowledge considering the distance they would have travel from home. These would be beings of purpose. It wouldn't make sense to travel billions of miles to just start some shyt.

Bruh, every single thing that man has ever discovered or created has upon its discovery immediately been studied for its military application. If we found alien life and it was on a planet we could visit you could bet we would be seeing what resources we could use on that planet, if the life form is a threat to us, and if it could be used militarily. Any funding that nations send to their space program for discovery/research would be funneled to military and resource applications. GUARANTEED. If humans would do it its not far fetched to believe aliens would do it. Those aliens wouldn't stand a chance if humans showed up.

Disagree. Our planet is relatively small so of course we stay in conflict with each other. Now compare that to the massive distance you would have to travel from one star system to the next. We are talking billions of miles. A race that has that type of technology isn't going to waste it by flying millions of miles to swat at gnats. The universe as we know it is massive so chances are they would travel to discover new worlds and life forms just like we would if we were in possession of such tech.
