The stats are there only because white people actually report those types of crimes. It would be interesting if black people did the same. Amost every black girl I know has some story of sexual abuse .

My girlfriend does hair on the side and she's close with a lot of her clients and literally almost all of them have some kind of child molestation story or abuse story.
