I'd suggest the Wicker park area (Damen/North). U can find a young hip crowd..Division/Clark bars are cool too.....a little older of a crowd tho. College bars off Lincoln Ave (Fullerton red line station). Clubs are hit or miss. You just need to meet the right poeple.
