The only losses Lebron has to be criticized for is the Dallas one and last years. This finals, he really showed he is top 5 of all time.
However that Dallas series he really shoild have won and had he played the way he played this year, he would have won it.
Anyways, losses in the finals doesn't matter too much imo, how many players has made it to that many finals being the #1 on the top. Only a select few. It's a tough league and you cant expect him to win every year.
He's been to 5 straight finals, and 6 in total. And he's been in the league since 2003...so do the math. And I'm no Lebron fan, but I'm sick of reading about the hate he gets. He really is a special player and will be missed once he retires.
Certainly doesn't add to it. Now does it?

I agree it doesn't. It would if he never had a ring but getting to the finals is no easy thing.
Same argument I have with Brady and him being in 6 superbowls and winning 4 of them...the 2 losses doesn't hurt his legacy because MOST players don't play in the finals or SB.

Why is Bron the exception when it comes to losing? Everyone before him got all the glory when you won in the finals, but all the blame when you lose in the finals. But, the media has been for Bron which has been pure 
If we are going to do revisionist history of losing in the finals and want to say winning a title is a pure team accomplishment, than Karl Malone is the GOAT PF since he got 2 MVP's like Duncan & is the 2nd leading scorer in NBA history, its not his fault the Jazz didn't win a title & Duncan was with a premier top franchise like the Spurs.
