Why is Bron the exception when it comes to losing? Everyone before him got all the glory when you won in the finals, but all the blame when you lose in the finals. But, the media has been :cape:for Bron which has been pure :scusthov: If we are going to do revisionist history of losing in the finals and want to say winning a title is a pure team accomplishment, than Karl Malone is the GOAT PF since he got 2 MVP's like Duncan & is the 2nd leading scorer in NBA history, its not his fault the Jazz didn't win a title & Duncan was with a premier top franchise like the Spurs. :troll:
Who in history has received more shyt for losing in the finals than LeBron? :heh:

LeBron is 30 playing in the East. He'll be able to go to more Finals and get CLE a 'chip or two.

Kareem is considered by many to be the GOAT... Wilt obviously up there too.

So what you saying is that 4 losses isnt the final number for him and there is a good chance he could rack up a couple more. Good point.:ehh:

The only losses Lebron has to be criticized for is the Dallas one and last years. This finals, he really showed he is top 5 of all time.

However that Dallas series he really shoild have won and had he played the way he played this year, he would have won it.

Anyways, losses in the finals doesn't matter too much imo, how many players has made it to that many finals being the #1 on the top. Only a select few. It's a tough league and you cant expect him to win every year.

He's been to 5 straight finals, and 6 in total. And he's been in the league since 2003...so do the math. And I'm no Lebron fan, but I'm sick of reading about the hate he gets. He really is a special player and will be missed once he retires.
How can you criticize him for last year?

This is ESPN's fault for trying to simplify sport's discussion to trick idiots into thinking they know more about a sport than they actually do. If you seriously consider Bron to be a loser just stop watching all sports of any kind and go collect pogs from now on for fun.

Its true. :yeshrug:

James is in the class with Great Players who have been their A LOT. but couldn't get it done.

Nobody disses West for losing 8 in the Finals:yeshrug:

James is one of the most recognized player coming out of high school, in perhaps the 3rd greatest nba draft class of all time.

He lost 4 won 2. Hes not MJ or Kobe status or Duncan status.

Hes with the Great players that lost A Lot status. Dr J.,Malone, West, hell Baylor didn't even win a ring. Baylor is a Great player

The media knows the psyche of people is extremely flawed and malleable and they use this too their advantage.... They create heroes and villains in sports and then change the criteria for greatness whenever they see fit, and the sheep eat it up...... :yeshrug:

Today's sports fan is probably one of the most illogical living entity walking the planet...... and that's great for business

Kobe had hate too, but he won. Then he got real world love after his court case & then becoming psycho bean once Shaq left.

Kobe made people stop thinking about iverson. Iverson was the fan fav shooting guard and Kobe came through and stole me and other iverson fans away.

Lebron was propped up by ESPN, said he was all about the love of the game, then called himself the king when he was a bull in a china closet running people over with a lack of footwork and other skillful qualities . LeBron just got a post game and still needs to get his midrange right. He was a good player...but you can't be king until you fully developed.

6yrs into the game Kobe could mirror Jordan offensively and post game was solid.
