As a plastic surgery aficionado myself. I would also say look for INCISION MARKS under the butt cheeks, in between the thighs, between the butt crack. As well look how when they bend over how the butt fat sits onto of the behind and not at the bottom.
All are signs of bbl and plastic surgery. If you like you can go to your nearest strip club and practice looking for these clues...
One more thing on the stomach lipo look for loose skin. Often times on lipos its hard for the skin to stay attached to the muscles and can be loose unlike tummy tucks where skin is removed and tigntened. You can see the loose skin when they sit down or bend over...
