The only thing the thread starter is doing is letting people know of all the tricks/surgeries that these IG models are doing to have a certain look, which go from minor to major depending on the trick/surgery. There is an increasing problem of both men and women being obsessed by a beauty ideal that is mostly to completely fake, and that is not a healthy thing to be obsessed about.
