how about brothas/sistas cut there grasses, stop having broken down cars in the front yard on bricks, broken glass all over the street causing me to spen $200 on 1 tire alone

It's not just a black thing.....it's a socio-economic thing. These poor Mexican neighborhoods (60-70% of LA) have trash everywhere, couches/mattresses on the curb, random shopping carts. A hood is a hood no matter what race is living in it.
