This mode won't be taken seriously anywhere. It'll be a for shyts and giggles mode and will be hella broken. Will by hype to watch though.

As long as I have more tools to deal with folks that try to jump backwards and toss projectiles all day I'm fine with it not being a serious mode.

Zoning is a major part of the game. If you don't like being zoned out you either need to choose a character who gets in easy or adapt. Or you can play Tekken or some other shyt.

I know how people choose to play the game and I know how to get in and out I just find it boring. I can zone all day and use projectile characters as well as 70 percent of the cast of SFIV if I choose to do so but I don't get any satisfaction out of doing it

Street fighter 4 I can't even count as a real street fighter. It is like street fighter lite. They let go of the focus on skills and timing and put more emphasis on giving anybody a chance to win. That shyt leaves me with no gratification win or loss

Was starting to regret paying so much to upgrade from Super to Ultra, but this is looking fun. :ehh:

Looking forward to this.

Now I want to see if they have the balls to make a Rainbow Edition, something that lets you change characters on the fly.

Bruh I grew up on street fighter playing properly since like 2005 (by that I mean knowing how to do moves/combos and have a strategic approach on playing the game). Sf3/alpha 3 are the best versions of street fighter as far as competitiveness is concerned. Sf4 is lite as fukk.

They fixed a lot of the Custom Combo cheese with Alpha 3 Upper though. The home versions of Alpha 3 were my favorite game in the series as well. From what I remember for some weird reason they used the Arcade version for competitive play.
