3rd Strike was the most exciting SF to watch outside of turtle Chun Li. If SF3 had a lot more familiar characters it would have been a huge success. When rosters are trimmed in fighting games typically the games aren't as well received as their predecessors. Same thing happened with Tekken 4 after Tekken Tag 1

This aint 1991 aint nobody got time to be playing with only 8 characters breh I need variety even if I am only going to master 3-4 I want options man!!!

Minus V-Ism and juggle hitstun being what it was Alpha 3 is prob the GOAT Street Fighter

Yeah, plus the new Persona Arena. Initially, I thought the game was a lil too easy, but havnig looked into it further, there's actually quite a lot of depth into it. Plus, with the adoration of Persona 4 Golden, it resonates to me a lot more now that the cast I'm very familiar with now.
