I believe you get the costume automatically once you log in and connect.I don't see it either. I'm also having the server issue too so they might be related

Finished Chun's story mode. It was ass but whatever I was just tryna rack up fight money. Game goes to save....disconnected from server. Back to story menu, says 100 percent complete, but I didnt get no fight money.
