before 1997 only Mario, Pokemon, Zelda, Tetris and the fukking Oregon Trail were multi-million unit movers. 4 of those were Nintendo games when it dropped NO traditional JRPG was fukking with best sold games. It's STILL to THIS DAY the best selling console JRPG of all time.
