That background looks like something in Tekken or DOA, not Street Fighter. That shyt is gonna look stupid when you have characters doing moves like Raging Demon and Psycho Crusher. Then you more realistic with the characters then add the ink splatters that should have been more prevalent in the previous game. It just doesnt look right.
