Unless you match a women's exact type and you're the type of dude she see's her self with, height, ethnicity, income, ect. There's no point.

I see dude's getting rejected before even being a able to spit a single line at a women.

agree with OP, it's she isn't feeling you from the jump you're most likely gonna fail.

Also keep notice on how women view certain areas like a busy street, if she expects dudes to run up on her she's gonna be turned off by guys she talks to on the street, the CLUB situation is almost the same thing.

I prefer to work on myself, get eye contact and take it from there, than to cold call like that, as the world gets more materialistic, it's gonna be alot worse. You already see the comments women gave theose dudes hollering at her on the street "bum nikkas" and all that.
