It sounded like Boochie was saying No Plug started shooting at fresh off camera first then Fresh went for cover and the surveillance caught fresh shooting back then Plug shot back again and hit em.

I'm saying, Fresh's side wasn't trying to go hard. Fresh was trying to tussle and Plug didn't want that. Yet and still, he keeps barking and then acts like he's ordering hits from his car, I woulda approached him too. Fresh only followed Plug in the first place because Plug picked up the gun that Fresh put down on purpose to fight. Plug was plotting that shyt from jump and used Fresh's gun to kill Fresh which helped him in court.

Sounds like it. It also explains why he ran to the law so fast. He pretty much knew he had a claim that worked in his favor... He could argue self defense and fearing for his life...
