If youre a street cat (notice the 'if' ) you're terrorizing the community by definition. No one thinks of a man reading the newspaper and minding his business when they think "street shxt".

And if youre trying to protect the community youre not the guy robbing people that live there, youre not the one extorting people who live there, youre not the guy selling poison to people who live there, and youre not physically hurting people who live there when they dont present a threat to the community.

Romanticizing and lionizing those types of people is part of the problem.
