Just got from the dentist and my technician said my oral health is much better. She asked me what I was doing was helping a lot. You know what it was? Less stress!

Last year I was in a toxic relationship. She will still contact me from time to time but we aren't together. I realize I was breaking out more as well.

Realize that if you are in the wrong relationship that it is literally bad for your health!

Facts.

I bet most people on this site have had good relationships and toxic ones.

Nothing is worse than a toxic relationship... nothing.

I realized it was a bad relationship when we were on the downswing of the relationship.

But I realized it even more when I completely stepped out of it.

And by toxic, that doesn't mean a lot of arguing and shyt.

The other person can also be needy and clingy. That shyt can get stressful over time, too.

Yea I'm not going to bad mouth my ex but she did come off as needy. She also has high anxiety (at least back then) and it eventually go to the point where it was a chore seeing her and I felt like I was walking on eggshells.

I also had a lot of guilt because she was a good person and meant the best and I felt that I had no one on my side when things went south.

Recognizing your source of stress is key. I had other things going on that contributed not just her. I should have done other things differently too. Hope this at least helps other people.
