Broke my phone a couple days ago about 30 minutes before getting to work cause I just thought of work. Made me just smash that shyt on the concrete. Broke my new laptop I just go last week cause I'm trying to find the location of a a place to place a mobile order and it wasn't pulling up Specifically black men because we ain't allowed to say we stressed out or depressed

I have a punching bag at home that I love beating the shyt out of from time to time. Take up boxing or knock out some reps . There are physical benefits if course but it does a great job of relieving stress too

Also, get a new job. Don't fall for the sunken cost fallacy
