That's not true. They use to play a lot of West Coast artists on their show. The first time I heard Pharcyde, Souls Of Mischief, Snoop, Rass Kass, Xzibit, Alkaholiks. was on Stretch and Bobbito. Sh*t, when the Chronic dropped, they damn near played the whole album in rotation.

I consider myself to know more about 90's east coast random hiphop than basically anyone and yet I've gone back to SEVERAL 1994-1996 S&B shows on that hiphop blogspot link and found about 8-10 songs I never heard in my life......these dudes are the gift to keep giving:

this was great.
good Stretch stories and Bobbito's perspective on certain things.

Rosenberg was unintentionally funny in a "c'mon son" way this episode even when talking as an outsider trying to put himself into the conversations.
that LOX/Jew bit was annoying and Stretch seemed like he was just being nice not agreeing with him but gave Peter enough to feel like he was justified.

edit-forgot how great Doom's Rhymes Like Dimes is ...Doomsday is getting listened to tomorrow.

Just uppin because I been listening to their podcast all day today and just finished the stretch and bobbito.

Sad side note, I went to the Central Park premier for the stretch and bobbito doc this summer, but left early because the weed candy bar I ate kicked in real heavy and had me super paranoid. I ate the whole thing
