10.25 for garbage pickup? In a major city? Might be time to move.
Southern nikkas can't afford to move on 10 per hour. Even at 60hrs per week with 2 jobs, cause overtime is rare in the south, these garbage men would only be bringing in a little under 2k post taxes

ATL is an oddity so it can't be compared to the rest of the south

They can't move on $10, but they gone have to make some sort of sacrifice to get that situation. Now they ain't got no job

I wouldn't even live in Louisiana or get a ticket for speeding, much less a felony. :francis:

They have hard labor in prisons, so you will be working in extreme heat for much of the calendar year outdoors, without much water. :smh:

Thats the definition of 21st Century slavery. Those wages are criminal, to say the least. I was making $8.25 an hour back in the year 2000 in NY when minimum wage on the federal level was $5.15. Lousiana should be ashamed of itself, paying garbagemen that low.
