Simple. Some people are untouchable and others are not. It depends, on if the mods like you really. Some posters have posts saying nikka with the hard -er, got a ban and came back like no problem. Others are self-admitted rapists or make rape threats about posters moms and are still aboard.
Moral of the story: if you want consistency in moderation don't look in TLR.
