Many of us use the military just for the benefits(not me, was never enlisted). I don't see the problem being in the military, I wouldn't personally advise my future kids to enlist, but I'm not knocking anyone in service.

I didn't care about the benefits

I already had my degree going in

I literally went in for the adventure
I knew I was gone get deployed to Iraq as soon as i got to my unit
