Stringer Bell (The Wire) Or Ghost (Power)

Amazed to see the voting the way it is. The Wire was a MUCH better show but Ghost seems to be more of an iconic character to me. And as ridiculous as it got in the end, and as much as people shyt on it, Power was probably the most entertaining drama of its era.

Breh was a club owner, a drug kingpin, and a professional hitman with the skills of the jackal. Dude was doing hits while on a date and somehow evading the feds for three seasons.
That's some pretty epic shyt but like ol boy said earlier he was a cartoon character.
String was a much more believable ambitious a$$hole so I give it to him.

He wasn’t smart dumb like Stringer. None of his street dealings came back on him. He went legit. He would’ve made it if not for his son, and he was only killed because he never thought his son would do that to him. If Ghost was in the Wire universe he would’ve lit Marlo up in five seconds
and Tommy would’ve lit Chris up right after. Wouldn’t have been no talking and trying to mentor them....and Ghost wouldn’t have sent Mouzone to knock off Omar either. He would’ve did Omar himself. Thus Stringer’s biggest mistakes would’ve been another Tuesday for Ghost. Him and Avon would’ve butted heads a lot faster though because Ghost wasn’t a number two.

Ghost could never exist in thier world. We never knew where marlo lived, bit we sure as hell knew where ghost lived. Sheeit, marlo was more of a ghost than ghost himself.
Chris and snoop would've eventually showed up to ghost's crib or his club while marlo stole his connect.

You the viewer knows where Ghost live. Nobody else knew where Ghost lived except Tommy and Kanan. Who were his Chris and Snoop. What kinda comment is this. The people Ghost was dealing with are 2-3 levels beyond Marlo. Marlo’s operation is tiny in hindsight. And he held court in that alley way behind the houses in plenty of episodes. Not exactly covert now is it? You see how easy Omar (a nobody really) set up that card game and robbed Marlo. You think Ghost wouldn’t think of that? Difference is Ghost would’ve put a bullet in his head then and there.
