Struggle ISP help

I'm getting struggle bars from ISP (Comcast)......I just ran a speed test on the Comcast site and I'm running at 0.37 Mbps download speed. ........Somedays its good, but most days its struggle.

This is crazy cause while I was living with my parents, I felt like their speeds were great. I had no problems with gaming/school work or anything.

I feel like these Comcast nikkas are ganking me for my 100 dollars a month
What makes it worse is, I'm afraid of online gaming.....cause I'm gonna be the a$$hole lag teleporting everywhere. There is really no point to jumping to new gen gaming with struggle Internet bars like the ones I got.

Any suggestions?????

Yea I'm about to do that, I just feel like they are about to give me the runaround instead of solving my problem, these ISPs give no fukk

Wireless, but it goes up and down, at night it's at its worse......And I thought Comcast is suppose to be the best in most states

plug the ethernet from the router right into your computer

and go to speedtest.net, could be a wireless issue

at least you know it's not the ISP and didn't waste your time.

I'm thinking my problem may be issue number 1........I do live in an apartment.........lucky for me I have a dual band router, bout to test it out

It feels faster all ready, when I changed it from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz........I just gotta continue to run test to see what my new average is.

I keep running the speed test.....I'm clocking 27 Mbps
