LOL you took me back with this one cos I haven't had that for years.

I don't eat food out the tin or any other red meat anymore but I used to love some bully beef and corn and mix it up with onion and chopped red pepper.

I used to love ackee but could never stand saltfish.

I just seasoned up some curry chicken earlier today to cook for dinner tomorrow.
